3) Lack of Learning Portal: Without recorded lessons, there's no learning portal for students to watch and review the content on their own time.

4) Lack of Structure: 1:1 tutoring may start great, but it can sometimes become too reliant on the student's preferences, turning the tutor into a homework assistant. Having a structured approach with access to drop-in help sessions, going through the syllabus, and tackling tough exam questions is crucial.

5) Lack of Commitment: Some tutors may become lazy when they are only paid once a week. On the other hand, a tutor with a structured process, live lessons, exam classes, office hours, homework feedback, strategic 1:1 calls, marked assessments, and past paper walkthroughs will likely be more serious and committed to helping the student succeed.
